Olaf the Board (named by my nephew) is a solid, end-grain cutting board crafted from oak and walnut and built to be used! It is made by hand, featuring a bold geometric pattern that highlights the natural contrast between light oak and rich walnut. The end-grain construction is not only striking, but gentler on knives and built for longevity. A deep juice groove frames the board, making it as functional as it is visually balanced. At close to 2 inches thick, this board has real weight and presence, the kind you leave on the counter because it deserves to be seen. No two boards are ever exactly the same. Grain variation, color shifts, and subtle details are part of what make each piece uniquely yours.
