Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On Orders over $150 with in the United States
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $150 within the United States.
International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination and order weight. Please contact us at sarah@sarbearandco.com for a shipping quote.

Shipping Time

Processing Time: We will take 2-5 business days to process your order if the item is in stock. If your item is in custom, then you and us will communicate about the expected time frame to build your custom piece.
Standard Shipping: Once your order is processed, shipping time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that we are a “made-to-order” design studio, and each order is prepared individually for you once received.

Shipping Carrier

We primarily use USPS or FedEx for domestic shipping. For international shipping, we may use other carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the Shipping Carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at sarah@sarbearandco.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
